The room we stayed in was absolutely stunning, with luxurious decor and a brand new bathroom. We were impressed by the attention to detail, from the comfortable bed to the high-end Hermes bathroom products. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for restaurants and champagne houses. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially the option to have eggs cooked to our liking. it was a luxurious experience central to everything in Epernay.

While our stay was mostly exceptional, there were a couple of drawbacks. The breakfast could have offered better coffee facilities and more food options to match the high quality of the hotel.

Secure parking was available but a bit of a distance from the hotel. Walking into town from the hotel was not convenient, especially in hot weather.

As a base for exploring the Champagne houses in the region, this hotel was perfect. The room and bed were huge, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were delightful and helpful, with excellent English. The location was ideal, right near the famous Champagne houses. The terrace and garden were beautiful and accessible even after hours. The complimentary champagne with breakfast was a lovely touch. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

The breakfast includes delicious options, including eggs cooked to your liking. the hotel offers private parking for guests.
